After collecting live data and saving it to a file on the TF card, I try to print it to my PC using the USB cable, but nothing comes across. I can print all the other information where the print is on the left hand button, but, nothing gets printed where the print button is in the middle and previous and next frames are on the left and right buttons. How is one supposed to print frame data? I believe the print function does not work when the print button is on the center button.

I have been waiting for over a month for a response to this problem. I thought the delay would have been due to the Chinese New Year. However, CNY has been over for several weeks and still no response. Can we get a reply to this issue?

sir, I am really curious in what situation the Print icon will be located in the center. I have checked the AL619 and always find the Print button in the left.

When a datastream is saved (for example, five frames), then they can be retrieved by selecting PlayBack->OBDII and then selecting a DataStream item. When viewing the frames, Pre. Frame is on the left, Next Frame is on the right, and Print is in the middle. The Print does nothing.

I have updated my AL619 with the latest firmware and the print function does work.  However, after the data prints, the system locks up and I have to remove the power and reboot the system.  Is there a chance we can get it fixed so that we can print more than one datastream without rebooting the device between prints?

Well, it is a new situation. We have never met this in our lab. Ok, I will check with our engineers and see if we can duplicate your problems in our lab.
